Small items

Standard delivery Get it in 3-5 Hours
Next day delivery Get it next day, Before the end of the day

What do we mean by small? Just about everything under the sun except for major kitchen/laundry appliances and TVs over 43″.

Large items

Standard delivery Get it in 2 working days
Delayed Delivery Get it in 3-5 Working Days

The big stuff. Major appliances like dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, freezers, ovens and TVs over 43″.

Exchange or Return of Goods

Please ensure that you thoroughly inspect the goods before accepting and signing for delivery. Once the product is received and signed for, returns and refunds are not accepted. While we strive to deliver products in excellent condition, any damages or issues identified after the product has been signed for will not be eligible for a return or refund. If the product is in good condition upon delivery and you are satisfied with its quality, please ensure you have checked all aspects of the product before confirming receipt.

The product will not be accepted for return if any of the following components are missing:

  • Fully equipped equipment
  • A receipt proving the purchase from the WoodMart online store
  • Warranty card
  • A defect report issued by the service department

Refunds for goods will be processed within the timeframe established by current legislation, provided all conditions for return are met and all components are intact.
